Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any mobile, desktop, web-based, or online games, applications, software, services, updates, and related content (collectively, the “Games”) operated by Coconut Valley Pte. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or playing any of the Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use Games.


1. Eligibility


You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to access or play any of the Games. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.


2. License to Use the Games


We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

This license applies collectively to all Games now available or made available in the future by the Coconut Valley Pte.Ltd.


You may not: Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Games - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code - Use cheats, automation software, bots, mods, or hacks - Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.


3. Accounts and Progress Across Games


Some features of the Games may require you to create an account or sign in via third-party services (e.g. Google, Apple, Facebook). Your account, progress, and Virtual Items may be shared across multiple Games, or may be game specific, depending on design and technical implementation.


The Games use third-party backend and analytics services, including Unity Technologies and Microsoft, Azure PlayFab, to provide functionality such as player authentication, cloud saves, analytics, live operations, and customer support. 

 

By using the Games, you acknowledge and agree that gameplay data, progress data, and device-related information may be collected, processed, and stored by these third-party services on our behalf, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.


Game progress, Virtual Items, and virtual currencies are licensed, not owned, and we do not guarantee that they will be preserved indefinitely.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases


The Game may include virtual currency, boosters, lives, or other virtual items ("Virtual Items").


- Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value
- Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
- We may modify, balance, or remove Virtual Items at any time


Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Advertisements and Rewards  


The Game may display advertisements and offer rewards for viewing ads.
- Ad availability is not guaranteed
- Rewards may vary and can be modified or removed
- We are not responsible for third-party ad content

6. User Conduct


You agree not to:

- Violate any applicable law or regulation

- Harass, abuse, or harm other players

- Attempt to disrupt servers or game systems

- Use the Game for any unauthorized or malicious purpose


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Updates, Changes, and Game-Specific Rules


We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any of the Games (or any part of them), including gameplay mechanics, features, content, virtual items, or events, at any time.
Certain Games, events, or features may be subject to additional rules, guidelines, or eligibility requirements ("Game-Specific Rules"). These Game-Specific Rules form part of these Terms and will be made available within the relevant Game or on our official website.


In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Game-Specific Rules, the Game-Specific Rules shall prevail solely for that Game or feature.


Continued use of any of the Games after updates or changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms or applicable Game-Specific Rules.

8. Termination


We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Game, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where required by law.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of termination. Immediate termination may occur in cases of fraud, security risk, or legal compliance.


Upon termination: - Your license to use the Game ends - You may lose access to progress and Virtual Items.

9. Intellectual Property


All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including graphics, code, music, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to the Company.
You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.


We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

​

- Fitness for a particular purpose

- Availability or uninterrupted operation

- Error-free or bug-free gameplay

- Continuous availability of third-party services (including Unity and PlayFab)

We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or infrastructure providers.

11. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:


• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment or loss of data.
• We shall not be liable for any loss of game progress, virtual items, virtual currency, account data, or rollbacks, even where we take reasonable and commercially 

   appropriate efforts to prevent such events. 
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Game shall be limited to the lesser of: 

   - The total amount you paid to us for the Game or in-game purchases in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or USD $50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer protections under Singapore law.

12. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your intentional misconduct or fraudulent acts

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation

  • Your misuse of Virtual Items or exploitation of bugs, glitches, or game mechanics

  • Any content, conduct, or activity carried out through your account that causes harm to the Company or a third part

​

This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

​

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Third-Party Services


The Game relies on third-party services to function properly, including but not limited to:

​

  • Unity Technologies (game engine, analytics, ads, and related services)

  • Microsoft Azure PlayFab (player accounts, game data storage, live operations)

  • Platform providers such as Apple, Google, or other app marketplaces.

​

Your use of the Game may also be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of these third parties. We encourage you to review them carefully.

17. Severability


If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Assignment


We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, sale of assets, or corporate restructuring. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

19. Entire Agreement


These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
